Architectures for the Internet of Things
Ubiquitous computing and the miniaturization of electronic components have made it possible to interconnect devices from virtually any kind to the Internet of Things. Software development and especially software architecture has to support this approach to benefit from its chances and to avoid possible pitfalls. Open and flexible infrastructures as well as the data captured by them demand for new and adopted design patterns and tactics. In this project we aim at contributions to reference architectures. We want to integrate student projects to make a bridge between research and teaching.
