Scope
The 17th ITG conference on Speech Communication solicits contributions on theory, algorithms, and applications in the following areas of speech, audio, and spoken language processing:

- Speech quality and intelligibility assessment
- Speech translation and multilingual/low-resource speech
- Paralinguistics, speech diagnostics and speech-related biosignals
- Privacy, security and forensics in speech and audio
- Audio-visual and multimodal speech processing
- Detection and classification of acoustic scenes and events
- Acoustic interfaces, assistive devices and hearing aids
- Speech in automotive, mobile and multimodal applications
- Efficient and on-device speech processing
- Datasets, benchmarks and evaluation methodology
Paper Submission and Deadlines
- Full paper submission: 9 June, 2027
- Notification of acceptane: TBD
- Submission of final print version: TBD
- Papers must be written in English and may not exceed 4 pages, plus an additional page for references.
- Accepted papers will be published by the VDE Verlag and will be made available on IEEE Xplore.
