Curriculum Vitae
Prof. Dr. Ingrid Schirmer (until her marriage in 2006 Ingrid Wetzel) headed the research area "Information Technology Design and Gender Perspective" in the focus "Complex Systems Engineering" at the Department of Computer Science of the University of Hamburg from 2004 until her retirement on 01.04.2022. She continues to work at the University of Hamburg within the framework of third party research and teaching projects, which she has helped to acquire, and supervises her doctoral students. Her research topics include enterprise architecture management, digital transformation in business ecosystems, IT governance in agile organizations from a socio-technical perspective, and interdisciplinary teaching of digital skills in gender-sensitive degree programs.
