Biography
Britta Ingwersen is a research associate in the research group Digital Innovation and Transformation and is pursuing her PhD under supervision by Prof. Dr. Julia Zeller-Lanzl. Britta Ingwersen attained her bachelor's and master's degrees in psychology from the University of Trier in 2020. After graduating, she worked in the USA in the field of organizational development, bevor starting her PhD at the of the Branch Business & Information Systems Engineering of the Fraunhofer FIT in 2023. In 2025, she joined the University of Hamburg to continue her PhD. Her research investigates the psychological aspects of digital transformation, particularly in the areas of digital stress, digital leadership, and digital innovation.
