Research

The ITMC research group follows the vision of "Driving Innovation with Service". The aim of our design-oriented research is to contribute to the development, operation and improvement of complex socio-technical service systems. This is what we call Service Systems Engineering. We apply this lens to IT-enabled services as well as to managing IT as a service.
