After his studies in Business Informatics (Bsc) and IT Management and Consulting (MSc), Lucas worked for a consultancy in the field of Analytics & Cognitive. Since January 2021, he has been working for the Research Group on Information Systems, esp. Socio-Technical Systems Design at the Department of Computer Science at the University of Hamburg. As part of the research project "Hybridisation of Human and Artificial Intelligence in Knowledge Work", he is investigating the collaboration between humans and AI. In particular, he is interested in the question of how AI or its output should be designed to achieve the most effective collaboration.
