Current List of Working Groups
Here you will find a list of all currently active working groups.
c.t.-Nicht-AG
The c.t.-Nicht-AG is not a student council working group, as it is not formally constituted and every user of the c.t. is encouraged to help look after the café.
It ensures that the c.t. remains a place where everyone feels at home.
Who is a ¬member of the c.t.-Nicht-AG?
Essentially anyone who ever visits the c.t. As soon as you rectify an issue in the c.t. – from sorting empty bottles into the crates and putting full ones in the fridge, to tidying up and keeping the c.t. clean – you are an official ¬member of the c.t.-Nicht-AG.
Congratulations on your admission by reading these lines.
Or perhaps not. This is where peculiarities of quantum mechanics come into play, making it impossible to determine all ¬members of the c.t.-Nicht-AG at any given moment. In principle, membership of the c.t.-Nicht-AG is determined at the moment of measurement, i.e. when the individual in question is asked whether they are a ¬member of the c.t.-Nicht-AG. It is only at this moment that the person in question considers whether they are – and their decision is influenced by the situation they find themselves in (Where?, When?, Why?) and the identity of the person asking the question (e.g. a fellow student who has nothing to drink because nobody has ordered anything, a tax inspector, etc.). The impossibility of identifying all ¬members of the c.t.-Nicht-AG at any given time stems from the impossibility of measuring the membership status of every individual on the planet simultaneously by means of a standardised interviewer.
Thus, all the people you meet, up until the moment you ask them if they are ¬members (or you, who are currently reading these lines and are therefore showing a sufficient minimum level of interest), are both members and non-members of this non-working group, just as Schrödingers Katze is simultaneously alive and dead. Unlike Schrödinger’s cat, however, the students’ status may change again at a later point in time.
Culture lovers
The Culture Lovers WG organises cultural events.
These include film nights, outings, Mario Kart evenings and more.
Up-to-date dates will be published, provided they are known in good time, along with the FSR Newsletter.
KunterBuntesSeminar (KBS)
A KunterBuntesSeminar (KBS) is a BuntesSeminar, i.e. a self-organised event run by students for students.
The KunterBuntesSeminar aims to provide a platform for students through which any kind of knowledge can be shared with anyone who is interested.
To this end, the KBS organises a weekly seminar that is open to all students. The format of this seminar can range from lectures and workshops to discussion groups.
At the start of each winter semester, introductory and academic advisory topics are covered within this framework, complementing the Computer Science orientation module. After these first 2–3 weeks, the choice of topics is determined by the speakers. Any topic can be covered; it does not necessarily have to be related to Computer Science. (Although it certainly can be.)
The KBS is not an official university event, but is run by a student-led working group. There are no registration procedures, no compulsory attendance and no exams. If you’re interested in a topic on offer, come and join us. If you’re interested in a topic not on offer, suggest it. If you’d like to present a topic, sign up for a free slot.
You can find all further information in the Wiki.

Joint events with the AStA’s Queer Department are planned.
The Queer Evenings are announced via the MafiA mailing list and there is also a Signal group. If you’d like to join the Signal group, simply reply to the invitation emails. Otherwise, you can also reach us by email.
