Best Presentation Award at ACM SAP 2019

Our group received the Best Presentation Award at the ACM Symposium on Applied Perception 2019 in Barcelona. Frank Steinicke presented the work entitled „Stimulating the Brain in VR: Effects of Transcranial Direct-Current Stimulation on Redirected Walking“. Authors of this paper are Eike Langbehn and Frank Steinicke from our group and Ping Koo-Poeggel and Lisa Marshall from the University of Lübeck and Gerd Bruder from the University of Central Florida.

Frank Steinicke gave the keynote at the ACM CHI 2019 Workshop on Challenges Using Head-Mounted Displays in Shared and Social Spaces. His talk was entitled „From Isolation to Socialization“.

The second keynote speaker of this event was Ken Perlin from NYU.
