The German Research Foundation has granted the interdisciplinary research project iLUI - interactive locomotion user interfaces for real walking in virtual environments. The overall project volume is about 600.000 EUR and the funding will be provided for the next three years. The principal investigator (PI) Prof. Dr. Frank Steinicke and Co-PI Dr. Gerd Bruder will cooperate with Prof. Dr. Markus Lappe from the Psychology Department of the University in Münster.
