A Worldcloud of words said by Bundestag representants

To make long Bundestag debates quickly comprehensible, a word cloud is to be automatically created for each session. This can then be posted as a summary by a Twitterbot. In addition, a word cloud of all speeches is to be created on a website for each member of parliament. The aim is to offer another way of summarizing what is happening in the Bundestag.
