The Hanseatic city is taking a major step forward in its digital transformation journey. As part of the Senate's newly unveiled digitalization strategy, online applications are set to transition from being an exception to becoming the standard. This aligns closely with the goals of the HCI group's RESCUE-MATE project, which focuses on improving accessibility, efficiency, and user-centered design in public service platforms.
By prioritizing digital-first solutions, the city aims to streamline administrative processes, enhance user experiences, and ensure that digital services meet the needs of residents and businesses alike. This initiative reflects a shared commitment to leveraging innovative technologies for a more inclusive and efficient public administration.
