Publication Successes at the 32nd European Conference on Information Systems (ECIS)
16 April 2024, by Lucas Memmert
At this year's 32nd European Conference on Information Systems (ECIS), two articles will be presented by members of the WISTS working group. The article "Designing AI-based Systems to Support the Analysis of Citizens' Inputs from E-Participation" by Marten Borchers, Thu-Bao Cao, Navid Tavanapour and Eva Bittner deals with design principles and a developed expert system for the analysis of participation data. The short paper “Brainstorming with a Generative Language Model: Understanding Performance Through Brainstorming Group Effects” by Lucas Memmert discusses to what extent task performance by human-AI teams can be understood through the perspective of effects (or mechanisms) known from human group work.
