Transregional Collaborative Research Center successfully enters the second funding period

The German Research Foundation (DFG) has decided on funding the German-Chinese Transregional Collaborative Research Center "Crossmodal Learning: Adaptivity, Prediction and Interaction" for the next phase 2020-2023. The project examines the fundamentals of human learning and uses the knowledge gained to improve artificial, intelligent systems (AI). The Transregional Collaborative Research Centre (SFB/Transregio 169) is coordinated for the University of Hamburg through Prof. Dr. Jianwei Zhang and Prof. Dr. Stefan Wermter from the Department of Computer Science.
