Athene-Department-Prize for Good Teaching 2016 for Chris Biemann

Chris Biemann has received a "Athene-Fachbereichspreis für Gute Lehre 2016" from the department of computer science at TU Darmstadt.

The teaching prize is donated by the Carlo and Karin Giersch-Foundation and has been established in 2010. Selection criteria are:

• Quality of the idea and its implementation in practice
• Relation to studies and teaching
• resonance and success
• transferability
