Electronic Journals Library

The Electronic Journals Library (EZB) lists all journals that are licensed or freely available in the library system of the University of Hamburg. The EZB offers fast, structured and standardized access to scientific full-text journals in all subject areas.

The access options to articles in full text are indicated by different colored dots:

frei Freely accessible  
lizensiert Accessible on campus and for members of the University also externally
nicht Not accessible in fulltext. In part, you get access to abstracts or tables of contents

Usage Tips

  • You can browse through the subject-ordered journal list or search for a specific journal title.
  • As it is not possible to search for individual articles in the EZB, please use research databases in this case. 
  • If a journal is not accessible online, please note the location of the printed edition.

In the Informatics Library some journals are also still available in print.
