Campus Delivery Service
Campus Delivery Service
The free campus delivery service of the State and University Library and numerous specialized libraries of the University provides you with document copies for your own scientific and non-commercial use within the scope of copyright law.
You can order articles and papers from journals and books comfortably from your desk, and the requested literature will be sent to you as soon as possible by e-mail as a PDF file.
These are the rules:
- A valid user account in the Library System University of Hamburg with a stored e-mail address is required.
- Only articles from journals and parts of printed books that are not borrowed can be delivered.
- The copyright regulations must be observed.
These libraries are cooperation partners in the University of Hamburg library system.
How does it work?
- First log in to the Katalogplus with your library card number and password.
- Then research the literature.
- You can now order articles from media where the Campus Delivery Service icon (see above) is displayed.
- When you click on the icon, an order form will open, where you fill in all the marked fields. If you need several articles from a book or journal, please place separate orders for each article.
- The PDFs will be sent to your e-mail address within 5 working days (excluding Saturday).
Interloan
You have the chance of ordering literature (books or articles of journals), which are not stocked by the Informatics Library or by other libraries in Hamburg, by using the Interlibrary Loan of the State and University Library Hamburg: Fernleihe (in German)
For members of the Department of Informatics the librarians offer to undertake the Interloan.
Just ask us by e-mail(infbib-information.inf"AT"uni-hamburg.de), by phone (2216) or in person.
