Titel der Dissertation:
Scalable Push-Based Real-Time Queries on Top of Pull- Based Databases

Abstract:
Real-time databases acknowledge a need for reactivity on the database side by proactively pushing updates to their clients. However, all current implementations are limited in their expressiveness, difficult to scale, or incompatible with legacy databases. To address these issues, this work devises a scalable mechanism for push-based real-time queries on top of existing pull-based databases.
