Einladung zur hochschulöffentlichen Disputation im Rahmen des Promotionsverfahrens von Lloyd Montgomery

Titel der Dissertation: Issue Tracking Ecosystems: Context and Best Practices

Modern software development is coordinated within Issue tracking Ecosystems (ITEs), where stakeholders communicate and collaborate via a central issue tracker. This thesis investigates and characterises the complexity and heterogeneity of ITEs with interviews and data mining; it empirically constructs an ontology to guide future efforts to improve ITEs; and it provides 40 Best Practices to support practitioners in the improvement and maintenance of their ITEs.
The presentation will be given in English.
