Titel der Dissertation: Immersive Virtual Reality Games for Societal Impact

Immersive virtual reality (VR) games do not only entertain users but also have enormous potential for addressing pressing societal challenges due to their spatial and motivating characteristics. This dissertation involves the design, development, and evaluation of immersive VR games to address three societal challenges of today’s world - physical activity, active aging, and social interaction - by focusing on the United Nations’ sustainable development goal of good health and well-being.
The presentation will be given in English.
