Titel der Dissertation: Challenges and Solutions for the Protection of Training Data of Machine Learning Models

This dissertation addresses privacy risks in machine learning at two levels: the extraction of statistical properties from training data via property inference attacks on trained models, and information leakage in collaborative training settings such as federated learning. It analyzes the causes of leakage, proposes defense mechanisms, and introduces an efficient protocol to enhance privacy and client anonymity in federated learning.
