Titel der Dissertation: Computational estimation of cell types, and their dynamics in health and disease

The dissertation presents a novel semi-supervised cell type deconvolution framework with biologically motivated constraints. The method shows robust performance across data modalities. Using cell type deconvolution on multi-omic datasets, the research identified: 1. ustekinumab as a drug targeting pathogenic T cells in antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated glomerulonephritis, and 2. glioblastoma subgroups that demonstrated better prognostic value than current molecular classifications..
