Click & Collect - a service during the closing time of the library

The Informatics Library is still closed until further notice. Yet, we don't know when the library will be open again.

However, we offer you our new "Click & Collect" service - naturally in compliance with the applicable hygiene and distance regulations - to ensure that you can borrow the printed books and laptops you need for your studies.

How does it work?

Send us an email to infbib1"AT"informatik.uni-hamburg.de with your name, the number of your library card and the media (author and title) you'd like to borrow. As soon as the media is available for you, we'll send you an e-mail with further information.

Please note: You can contact us only Mon - Fri from 9am to 3pm.

We will inform you about the opening of the library and the regulations for the lending process at this point. In addition, members and students of the department will be informed by e-mail.
