Recently, another e-book package is available:

The MIT Press Computing & Engineering Collection eBooks Library includes nearly 900 monographs, textbooks, and reference works. Access is available via the IEEE Xplore platform.

The books are searchable within the catalogues and - like all licensed e-books - accessible from the university IP range (or VPN).  An overview of the available titles with the individual links is available via the Campus Catalogue  or Katalogplus.
