COVID-19 rules for individual working spaces and pools

Students may use individual working spaces in seminar rooms as well as workstations in the PC and Mac pool of the iRZ upon prior reservation.

The use of the seminar rooms and PC pools is only permitted for students with a campus pass (as proof of either a negative coronavirus test result, a coronavirus vaccination status or a convalescent status) and a mandatory booking confirmation of our reservation tool.
The possible time units for pool reservations are Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Only come to the IRZ if you do not have any typical cold / Covid-19 symptoms!
Please disinfect your hands before entering system support (D107) and the pool rooms.
It is compulsory to wear a face mask when entering, leaving and staying within the pool and seminar rooms.
For reasons of hygiene, we are required to ensure good ventilation. You must independently ensure permanent ventilation (skylights) or boost ventilation (every 20 minutes / for 3 minutes). So bring warm clothing with you.
You may use the individual workstations alone, as long as the maximum total occupancy for the respective room is not exceeded (the capacity is displayed on the room door).
If possible, please select a room that is as little occupied as possible. Registered events always have priority.
The current regulations of the service agreements of the UHH presidium and the FAQ on the UHH website must always be observed.
By reserving an individual workplace in the IRZ pool, you acknowledge the above-mentioned regulations.
