Technical support

IRZ supports the department in close cooperation with the ServiceTeam in many technical and organisational matters:

  • Diagnosis, advice and, if necessary, repair of faulty equipment
  • Workshop work (wood, metal, electrical)
  • Coordination, installation and maintenance of seminar room/lecture hall equipment, smartboards, audio systems
  • Network components (in collaboration with the Regional Computer Center)
  • Procurement, disposal and scrapping of IT equipment and accessories
  • Preparation and support of events
