We are happy to announce that the project Data-driven Solutions for the Smart City Hamburg (D2S2C Hamburg) is extended and conducted in cooperation with the Hamburger HOCHBAHN AG. The objective is to promote data-driven innovations by examining real-world challenges and to collaboratively develop solutions by implementing prototypes to gain knowledge and reach a proof of concept.
The kick-off was conducted today with Marten Borchers (UHH - WISTS), Eva Bitter (UHH - WISTS), Chikaodi Uba (UHH - ITMC), Jan Krause, David Claus, Daniel Schulz (Hamburger HOCHBAHN AG), and more than 15 students from seven different study programs of the MIN faculty (University of Hamburg). This semester we are focusing on participation and resilience in the context of smart mobility. Both areas are of high relevance in creating public value and developing a sustainable mobility network considering growing cities and climate-related influences.
