Possible Problems
error message: "Unable to connect to xxx. It couldn't
connect to the remote computer. You need to
may change the network settings for the connection"
or
error message: "The modem or other connecting device is already in use"
- Open the Device Manager
- Under Network Adapters delete all "WAN Miniport" entries (deinstall device)
- Under "Action" in menu click on "Scan for hardware changes"
The "WAN Miniport" drivers will be reinstalled. A VPN connection should be possible now.
